One of a kind Haute Couture piece from Pierre Balmain. Black silk gazar mini dress featuring a round neckline, two-piece effect trapeze shape with false cape in the back, underlined by a beautiful black lace ruffle. Similar long design seen in the original sketches of Balmain. Labelled and numbered 147820.
